1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Merchant" or "User") and Revuhere (operated by RokoAutomations, "we", "us", or "our"). By registering, accessing, or using the Revuhere website, dashboard, or tabletop QR feedback platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

A. 14-Day Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No payment details are required to begin the trial.

B. Recurring Billing: After the trial period, continuous service requires an active subscription at the prevailing rate (A$11.99/month or as displayed in your local currency). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle via Stripe.

C. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your merchant dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. You will retain access until the period concludes.

D. Refund Policy: Because of the 14-day commitment-free trial, fees paid for recurring monthly cycles are non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

3. Acceptable Use & Review Policy Compliance

Revuhere is engineered to facilitate genuine customer feedback and comply strictly with the policies of major review platforms, including Google Business Profile:

Merchants agree not to use the platform to artificially manipulate review scores or generate fraudulent feedback.
Revuhere does not censor, delete, or prohibit patrons from posting reviews on public review channels.
Merchants must not upload defamatory, unlawful, or infringing content to custom branding areas.

4. Intellectual Property

Revuhere retains all intellectual property rights, trademarks, and copyright in the software, algorithms, designs, and materials. Merchants retain ownership of their logos and venue trademarks uploaded to the service.

5. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Revuhere is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party platform changes.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
